noPRO DELIVERY

 

Please plan ahead, it will take between 7-14 days before your order arrives.

 

Prior to residential deliveries, the carrier will contact you to arrange a delivery day and time. Please work with the delivering party according to your schedule and the carriers delivery availability.

 

*Home deliveries are defined as curb side ONLY, being at the edge of your drive way. Delivery trucks are forbidden from pulling on or into your driveway. Customers who make request (i.e. inside deliver, lift gate service or any other delivery accessory) after payment has already been received and without the knowledge of NoPro, will be held liable for ALL additional charges.

 

WHEN YOUR noPRO ORDER ARRIVES

 

When your noPro order arrives, please utilize these simple steps before you sign any documentation.

 

- Stop. Please make sure you are available on the delivery date and time scheduled per your delivery window. Redelivery fees will apply and will be charged to you if the scheduled appointment day and time are not met.

 

- Go. Please inspect your order for accuracy by counting the total number of cartons and check for damages BEFORE you sign any documentation. If you feel your order has damages, please notate that information on the delivery receipt supplied to you by your delivering party. Damages must be reported to noPro within 2 days of receiving your order. The information recorded on your delivery receipt is essential in filing claims with the carrier. Please take full possession of your order while maintaining a copy of the delivery receipt. If damages are present, please take photos and send them to gonopro@gonopro.com with a brief description. After which, we will determine how much replacement material is needed and ship it to you immediately.

Please note that some products are not available for Customer Pickups, such as sample request. Please check the "ADDITIONAL INFORMATION" tab, when you are on a product page for details as to where products can be picked up. Pickup locations vary depending on the product. Please examine closely.
